- Share your account access or course enrollment with any other individual or make course content available to unauthorized users.
4.3 Academic Integrity
You agree to complete all assessments, assignments, and examinations honestly and without using unauthorized assistance. Any form of academic dishonesty, including plagiarism, cheating, or misrepresentation of your identity during assessments, may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any certificates or credentials earned.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Our Content
All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, audio recordings, written content, graphics, logos, software, and user interface elements, is owned by or licensed to Tindrovexon and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms of Use grants you any ownership rights in any Platform content.
5.2 Restrictions
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our explicit prior written consent. Unauthorized use of Platform content may result in civil or criminal liability.
5.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, post, or transmit any content to the Platform, including comments, forum posts, or assignments, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. 6. Course Enrollment and Access

By enrolling in a course, you are granted access to the course materials for your personal educational use during the applicable access period. Course access terms may vary and will be specified at the time of enrollment.
6.2 Course Modifications
We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue, or remove any course or course content at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled users of significant changes, but we are not obligated to maintain any specific course content indefinitely.
6.3 Certificates and Credentials
Certificates of completion or other credentials issued through the Platform are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute formal academic qualifications unless explicitly stated otherwise. We make no representations regarding the recognition of any certificate by third-party employers, academic institutions, or regulatory bodies.
7. Payments and Refunds
7.1 Pricing
Course fees and subscription prices are displayed on the Platform and may be subject to change. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, and such changes will not affect enrollments already completed at the prior price.
7.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you also agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
7.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use. Please review our Refund Policy before completing any purchase. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria set out in that policy.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
10.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tindrovexon, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 Total Liability Cap
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars (AUD 100.00), whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tindrovexon and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your access to or use of the Platform.

12. Suspension and Termination

12.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account or access to the Platform.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Sections of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability — shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms of Use.
13. Governing Principles and Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at support@Tindrovexon.sbs. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concern within thirty (30) days of receipt.
If informal resolution is not achieved, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration or an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism before initiating formal legal proceedings, except where immediate injunctive relief is required to prevent irreparable harm.
14. General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tindrovexon with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms of Use without our prior written consent. We may freely assign or transfer our rights and obligations without restriction.
14.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms of Use due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
14.6 No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms of Use do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. Only you and Tindrovexon are parties to this agreement.
